Rep. James Clyburn (SC) is the keynote speaker. Elizabeth Wydra moderates a discussion with Turkiya Lowe, National Park Service Southeast Regional Chief Historian; Michael Allen, Southeast Region Community Planning Specialist, National Park Service, and Northwestern University Professor Kate Masur.
