Holiday Recipes: Tapenade

This delicious spread will make the perfect appetizer at any holiday gathering.


1.5 cups pitted kalamata olives, drained

3 cloves of peeled garlic

3 tablespoons capers

3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a steel blade, and process until chunky.

Serve on toasts.
