Yee Haw! The Santa Clarita Cowboy Cook-off will take place on Saturday, April 13, during the 26th Annual Santa Clarita Cowboy Festival. This is a four meat series, blind judging will take place in the categories of Pork, Pork Ribs and Brisket. Chicken will be People’s Choice. Cash Prizes will be awarded from 1st through 5th places in all four meat categories. A $100 entry fee and form must be submitted by March 1, 2019
