Arts integration is an integral part of childhood development. Saugus USD hosted two teaching artists from The Los Angeles Music Center for a new integration project titled “Dancing Through the NGSS” (Next Generation Science Standards). The project was funded by a grant from The Music Center, sponsored by the the Annenberg Foundation.

With the help of the teaching artists, Saugus USD teachers worked to developed a science curriculum infused with music, dance and theater.
