The second annual Cultural Community Showcase, held on Feb. 3, 2024 at the Newhall Family Theatre of the Performing Arts, was a mesmerizing celebration of culture. The event was a collaborative effort between the city of Santa Clarita Public Library and the Raising the Curtain Foundation with the aim to highlight the rich diversity found within the Santa Clarita Valley through captivating performances. The showcase underscored the talents and traditions of various local performing arts groups that call this picturesque valley home. From traditional dances to contemporary musical renditions, each performance was a testament to the cultural richness that thrives in our community. Behind the scenes, the Raising the Curtain Foundation played a pivotal role in making events like the Cultural Community Showcase possible.
